Jason thrives on helping Business Owners, Executives, Managers & Sales Teams get results and achieve their own business & personal goals.
Jason’s qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, a Chartered Institute Marketing Diploma DipM and also a Digital Marketing Diploma. Train the Trainer (Fetac), Irish Institute of NLP, ActionCOACH Business Coaching & BNI (Director Consultant).
With over 25 years proven track record in Sales, Marketing and Management including over 12 years experience as a Business Coach, Mentor & Sales Trainer, having previously set up & sold 2 of his own businesses.
Jason’s extensive international sales & management experience spans across Ireland, UK, Australia & Finland. Includes work in IBM UK & Vodafone Ireland and was headhunted to set up a new profitable SME Sales National Division of 22 people for Vodafone Ireland which over achieved the target of € 45M by a further €2M in the 1st year.
After engaging a Business Coach for one of his own businesses, Jason found the experience & benefits so rewarding for his company and for himself he decided to sell the 2nd business and become a Business Coach himself. He now works mainly in Ireland, Finland & online to coach business owners across the world from USA to Sydney.
Jason is originally from Enniskillen, N.Ireland and now lives between Dublin and Helsinki with his wife & 2 young daughters. In his spare time he enjoys sport & adventure challenges having done New York & Dublin marathons plus 2 Half Ironman triathlons, raising money for a Children’s Hospital charity. He also enjoys skiing & swims in the sea all year round including ice swimming but also happy to have a cold beer in the sunshine too!
Why was BOOST Business set up?
In 1987, Founder Jason McChesney walked across the road as Head Boy of School and the Enniskillen bomb “went off behind me” … (Remembrance Day. N.Ireland 1987).
“My life flashed in front of me, i realised that i was still lucky to be alive and that life was short, very short – it made me think about my Life and what did i want to do before my time was up?
That’s what started my goals journey (travel around the world, 24 countries in 17 months, ran 2 marathons for children’s charity, Ironman 70.3 and now married with a young family in Helsinki) and why i have a passion now for helping other people achieve their Life Goals & Business Goals.”
